Degassing agent is used to prevent the formation of bubbles in powder coatings due to water molecule volatilization during the baking process, effectively eliminating existing bubbles on porous surfaces and preventing their retention. It features ultra-fine and uniform particle size, achieving optimal defoaming and dispersing performance, making them particularly suitable for various alloy workpieces such as aluminum profiles, magnesium alloys, galvanized parts, cast iron, and cast aluminum.
Degassing agent accelerates the escape of water molecules from the paint film and suppresses the presence of bubbles as well as the formation of pinholes.
