The customer used shot blasting pretreatment followed by silane degreasing, achieving 1000 hours of salt spray resistance.
Additional Notes
● Recommended Dosage: 0.5-2% (of total formulation). Directly blend with resin, fillers, and other additives before extrusion.
● Packaging: 25 kg aluminum-plastic composite bags with polyethylene inner liners.
● Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area to avoid moisture absorption. Seal immediately after use and keep away from heat and fire sources.
● Shelf Life: At least one year when stored below 30°C. Expired products may be used after passing laboratory tests.
